How To Read The Tee Off Schedule and Other Stuff

Every week someone asks me who they play next week ?

In the column labeled TM (Team Numbers) , the number on top is the team on the left
and the number on the bottom is the team on the right.

The columns labeled HC are of course the handicaps for each player.

Handicaps change weekly based on your previous weeks score, after you have 6 weeks of
play your high and low scores are not used in the handicap calculation, handicap is 80%.

Now that you know your team number you just look below and see what team number
you play next week or the next 3 weeks, your team number does not change during the year.

Your team number changes yearly based on your finish from last year.

Any other questions ... Please get with me at the course after golf .. Answers are 1 beer each.

League Officers Mtg with Spuyten Duyval Staff

Saturday April 5th at Spuyten Duyval

Myself, Larry and Dave meet with golf course staff yesterday and we are set to go on April 17th.

We start on the East Course the line up on who you play is posted.

A few items of importance as follows...

> A free warm up bucket of balls for league members at Cottonwood the day of league play.

> The course will be grilling hamburgs and brats during league play, cost is $5.

> Most important, beer is reduced from $2.50/can to $2.00/can.. that'll work and DO NOT
   bring beer on the course.

> If you want to play some golf before the league all it will cost you is another $6 for the cart.
 

I will provide each league member a discount card from Spuyten Duyval, this is for proof
of league membership.. keep it with you, because you need to show it for warm up balls and
golf before league play.

See you all April 17th, please get to the course early so we can get you all set up.

And ... Don't forget your money for league green fees, league fees and skins, we have some
new league members and those who did not make our league meeting to get paid up.
Our league must pay for the 1st half on the first night so I need money in the bank.

Your Team number is based on the position you finished in last year.

The schedule is based on starting April 17th on the East Course and then following
rotation ( East.. West.. South).

League Updates for 2014

Mark your calendar April 17th is our first night of golf, tee times 4:30 to 5:30pm.

Get to course early around 3:30pm, to pay your green fees, league fees and skins if you
have not paid these fees yet.

I will be working up schedule, members and subs phone numbers and will be posted soon.

These pages will be updated for 2014.

I will bring a few copies of this information to the golf course, you can also print your
own copies from this site.
